The room is spacious, and the toilet is large. The staff are friendly, but I wish there was a refrigerator.  The restaurant looks nice, and the breakfast is good.

The hotel is centrally located and reading from some history records, this is also the first purpose built hotel in Bristol. The street it is located is full of history. As a business traveler, the room needs a proper table for us to work. This is the only things that missing.

The hotel is very conveniently located in central Bristol, making it a great base for exploring the city. The room itself was quite spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a good shower. However, one issue I encountered was the heating— it wasn’t working during my stay, and each room had been provided with a small electric heater instead. This wasn’t mentioned at any point prior to booking or even at check-in, which was disappointing. The heater provided was quite small for the size of the room, and if the weather had been any colder, it likely wouldn’t have been sufficient to keep the room warm. Service at the front desk was also a bit slow. I tried calling reception multiple times using the in-room phone over the course of a few hours, but no one ever answered. The hotel does offer amenity kits, which is a nice touch—especially as many hotels seem to have done away with them. However, the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was offered, which may not be the best value for money. Overall, the location and room size were great, but the heating issue, slow service, and expensive breakfast could use improvement.

Worst hotel visited in the UK. Arrived at 3:40, room was not ready they did nothing just kept us waiting for a long time. When we got to the room it smelled of bleech. Horrible lift, it was a 1000 years old. Small rooms with ugly cheap decor. Only plus point was the good location. Definitly will not go back in the future...

避雷避雷避雷 絕對是全世界最差最爛的美居，連宜必思都不如。 酒店絕大部分空調暖氣都是壞的，設施陳舊，燈光昏暗。 酒店團隊極其不專業，態度惡劣，處理問題態度消極。一件事情得反反覆覆説才能執行。洗手池莫名其妙開不了下水，和前台説了兩次也沒派人來修，得訂房網站官方去溝通酒店才派人來。其他人都不用交按金，就是要我的按金，酒店方也給不出任何理由。Housekeeping更不專業，換房之前床頭和其他很多地方佈滿厚塵。每天都不補茶包和咖啡，時不時少給毛巾，住了五天都沒有換過床單。 朋友那邊的住宿體驗也非常差，特別惡劣，真的想不到這居然是美居……

酒店地段很好，接待遊客很多，新裝修的，房間數很多。距離購物中心、布里斯託大學都很近，走走路就好了。就是洗澡去有些小。
